Founded by Bill Gairdner, Gairloch’s intention is to contribute timeless, contextually sensitive and design-driven buildings to celebrated neighbourhoods. Gairloch currently has eight projects in development, including the award-winning 383 Sorauren, winner of the City of Toronto Urban Design Award of Excellence, and Junction Point, 2021 BILD Project of the Year. Prior to Gairloch, Gairdner played a pivotal role in series of mid-rise, city-building projects that shaped King West into one of the city’s most vibrant and prestigious neighbourhoods.

Gabriel Fain Architects is a young and energetic multi-disciplinary design office operating within the fields of architecture and urbanism. GFA is primarily focused on mid- to high-rise residential projects at various scales including rental housing, affordable housing and condominium buildings. Current projects explore technologies of mass timber construction and other ecological approaches to building design. Gabriel Fain Architects is working on ambitious projects that seek to make our city a healthier and more liveable place.
