This Privacy Policy has been adopted by Gairloch Developments and by those organizations using the Gairloch Developments trademark under license from Gairloch Developments (referred to collectively as ‘GAIRLOCH’), in order to demonstrate their commitment to the protection of individual privacy. Individuals have the right to access, verify and correct or amend all of their personal information collected by GAIRLOCH. GAIRLOCH believes that it is imperative that personal information be as accurate, complete and up to date as is necessary for the purposes for which it is collected. Accordingly, to help GAIRLOCH keep personal information as current as possible, GAIRLOCH encourages individuals to amend inaccuracies and make corrections in their personal information collected by GAIRLOCH as often as necessary. Customer Registration: In order to register for our Services, Customers must provide certain Personal Information to us such as their name, company name and email address. We use this information to manage customer accounts and provide the Services.
Device Identifiers: When you access the Service by or through a device, we may access, collect, monitor and/or remotely store one or more “device identifiers”. Device identifiers allow us to uniquely identify your device and are used to enhance the Service (including sending updates and information from the Service). A device identifier does not collect or share any personally identifiable information about you. A device identifier may be used in conjunction with personally identifiable information.
Statistics and Analytics: We also collect statistics about use of the Services which we use for analytics including predictive analytics. Analytics
We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. Gairloch Developments uses remarketing services to advertise on third party websites to you after you visited our Service. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimize and serve ads based on your past visits to our Service.
